The Quik Lok MP840 is a studio microphone accessory constructed entirely from durable ABS hard plastic. Designed as a fixed clip, it features a tapered structure with a 26 mm (1.02 in) front diameter and a 21 mm (0.83 in) rear diameter to hold microphones securely. The clip is built with a direct 5/8" (15.88 mm) threaded hole and includes a plastic 3/8" (9.53 mm) reducer ring for compatibility with standard microphone stands. Part of the Quik Lok MP series, which also includes the MP/850 clothespin clip, MP/892 small flexible clip, MP/890 large flexible clip, MP/891 shock mount, and MP/900 dual-microphone bar.
